Art Safe Deposit

Division of ART – Atelier Fiala ART – Vault/deposit offers you the safekeeping of antiques and art in the Chvalská Fortress – a historical fortress proven by centuries. A stone building with a wall thickness of 1.2 m with a minimum of entrance openings that are mechanically secured. Electronic protection in the highest protection class. The entire building is connected to the PCO directly to the Municipal Police, which also has its office in the immediate vicinity of the building. The warehouse premises are air-conditioned with a constant temperature of 18°C and a maintained humidity of 55-60%. The stored items are physically monitored daily by a member of the Atelier staff and are under surveillance by a 24-hour CCTV system. The Atelier’s storage rooms are variable in storage from large furniture to the storage of artworks to small objects. We handle the packing and preparation of exhibits for transport and subsequent transportation.

Prices for the storage of antiques, works of art, valuables and artifacts are calculated according to the nature of the object, its value in relation to the cost of individual insurance.

Bulky items such as furniture are calculated according to the storage area with an approximate price of CZK 500 per m2 excluding VAT/month.

Pictures and clocks are stored in a protective box and stored or hung in a binder. Approximate price according to size from 500,- CZK/piece without VAT/month.

Jewellery and small valuables are stored in separate steel safe boxes in the security safe. Storage prices are individual.

All items are properly secured with packaging according to the nature of the item.
