The building consists of three floors and a gabled roof. In each of the parts its possible passage through with a simple wooden staircase. Storeys are divided by beams  covered with wooden flooring.

In the right part of the older building were damaged floors due to leaking water. At a given point all the floors were needed replacement. The right rear of the newer object it was also necessary replace parts . All wooden parts - structure, horizontal, vertical pillars, floors, roof and all the mechanical equipment of wood were attacked by active woodworm at a very strong extent. There were signs of the action of pests already from earlier times - woodworm and longhorn beetle.
